3. Data We Process
3.1 Local Game and Device Data
- Local run progress, best day, unlocked endings, and settings (such as haptics) stored on your device
- Local entitlement state for the optional full-game unlock, so premium content remains available on that device
- Technical information handled by Apple when the App Store purchase flow is used, according to Apple's policies
3.2 No Advertising or Tracking
The game does not display advertising, request App Tracking Transparency permission, use advertising identifiers, or include analytics or tracking SDKs. It does not collect personal information through the game.
4. Third-Party Processors / SDKs
- share_plus opens the native platform share sheet when you choose to share a run chronicle.
- in_app_purchase connects the optional non-consumable full-game unlock to Apple's StoreKit purchase and restore flow.
Purchase details and payment processing are handled by Apple through the App Store. The game does not receive your payment card or billing information.
5. Legal Basis and Consent
- Core game operation and local progress: contract performance, legitimate interests, or a similar lawful basis where applicable
- Optional in-app purchase: processing is initiated by you through Apple's App Store purchase flow
- No advertising or tracking consent is requested because the game does not use those features
6. Manage Your Privacy Choices
- You can review the privacy-controls summary here: Privacy Choices
- You can manage App Store purchases and restore eligible purchases through Apple's App Store account controls.
- The app has no advertising or tracking permission to enable or disable.
