Purchases and Billing
- All purchasable products in Dice Tap Tower are consumables.
- Consumables are delivered immediately and cannot be restored after they have been used.
- If you were charged but did not receive your items, restart the app first and then email support with your receipt or order number.
- Refunds are handled by the platform where the purchase was made:
- Apple: Request a refund
- Google: Request a refund
Ads and Privacy
- If you see an inappropriate or age-inappropriate ad, email purecodebase@gmail.com with the approximate time, your device, and a short description.
- If possible, include a screenshot of the ad or the screen where it appeared.
- Privacy choices can be reviewed in the app under Settings -> Review Privacy Choices.
Gameplay and Save Data
- Game progress is stored locally on your device.
- If the app is removed or app data is cleared, progress may be lost and may not be recoverable.
- Ads require an internet connection and may depend on region, device settings, or temporary ad availability.
