1. Controller and scope

This policy applies to Drillbound, an iOS game published by PureCodeBase and operated by Nico Würthenberger, Bissingerstraße 8, 75172 Pforzheim, Germany. Contact: purecodebase@gmail.com.

2. What Drillbound stores locally

Drillbound is designed for offline play and does not require an account. Local game data may include active runs, planet seeds, cleared areas, upgrades, materials, settings, and progression needed to resume the game after an app restart.

This game data stays on your device and is not sent to a PureCodeBase server. Deleting the app or clearing its local data can permanently remove the information stored there.

World 1 is available for free. The optional Full Game unlock is a single non-consumable Apple in-app purchase. Apple processes payment information and App Store transactions under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. Drillbound receives only the transaction or entitlement status needed to unlock the purchased content and support Restore Purchases; PureCodeBase does not receive or store your payment-card details.

Purchase checks and restoring an entitlement may require a network connection. After the entitlement has been verified, the unlocked content is designed to remain available offline.

5. Support messages

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your device model, iOS version, app version, planet, or screenshots. We use that information only to respond to the request, investigate the reported issue, and meet legal obligations. We do not use support messages for advertising or profiling.

6. Retention and sharing

Local game data remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or share it with advertising or analytics providers. Apple may process purchase data as the platform provider.

7. Children

Drillbound is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the game does not require an account and does not include advertising or analytics, it does not intentionally request personal information from players.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. Contact purecodebase@gmail.com for privacy requests. You may also contact the relevant supervisory authority.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app, legal requirements, or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated with material revisions.
