Terms of Service

For: LineBreakers

Effective and last updated: October 18, 2026

1. Acceptance and license

By downloading, installing, or using LineBreakers, you agree to these Terms. PureCodeBase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial entertainment use, subject to applicable law and the Apple App Store terms, including Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

2. The game

LineBreakers is a lane-based hero defence game with an offline core. You position three heroes across five lanes, use their skills, and collect gear. The game does not require an account or subscription. The free version includes advertising, and in-app purchases are optional. Missions, balance, rewards, platform support, and availability may change as the game is updated.

3. Local progress and virtual items

Heroes, gear, currencies, progress, owned purchases, settings, and other game data are stored locally on your device. There is no cloud save. Gold, materials, and gear are virtual items without monetary value; they cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable. We are not responsible for progress or items lost through app deletion, device reset, storage clearing, failed migration, or device damage.

4. Purchases, advertising, and privacy choices

Gold packs and the forge crate are consumable in-app purchases; the starter pack and the Ad-Free Pass are one-time non-consumable purchases. All are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple controls billing, price display, refunds, transaction processing, and restore. The Ad-Free Pass removes interstitial ads and grants rewarded-video bonuses without a video; with it active, the app does not start the advertising or consent SDKs. The free version uses Google Mobile Ads and UMP consent for occasional interstitial ads and optional rewarded videos. Depending on region and consent choices, advertising may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited. The app can request ATT where applicable. See the Privacy Policy and Privacy Choices for data and consent details.

5. Fair use

6. Availability and liability

The game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We may fix bugs, adjust missions and balance, add or remove content, or change features. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms when the app, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated with material revisions. German law applies unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

8. Contact
