1. Controller and Scope
This policy applies only to Minimal Dungeon. The controller is PureCodeBase, owner Nico Wuerthenberger. Contact: purecodebase@gmail.com. Provider details are in the Impressum.
2. Local Game Data
Active runs, progress, statistics, discoveries, achievements, Daily Dungeon history, and settings are stored locally on your device. Minimal Dungeon has no game account, cloud save, or first-party analytics. Local data can be removed using reset controls in Settings or by deleting the app.
3. Advertising and Consent
Minimal Dungeon uses Google Mobile Ads for occasional post-run interstitial ads and an optional rewarded revive after defeat in a normal run. Daily Dungeons do not offer the rewarded revive.
Google User Messaging Platform requests and stores advertising consent choices where required. Ads are requested only when the SDK reports that requests are permitted. The app provides access to required advertising privacy options in Settings.
The app disables Google ad personalization and the publisher first-party ID before the advertising SDK starts. It does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not use data for cross-app tracking.
4. Data Processed by Google and Advertising Partners
Depending on region, consent, device settings, and the advertisement served, Google and advertising partners may process IP-derived general location, device or app identifiers, advertising data, ad impressions and interactions, product interactions, crash logs, performance data, and other diagnostics for non-personalized ad delivery, frequency capping, aggregated reporting, fraud prevention, analytics, and service improvement.

5. Legal Basis, Retention, and Transfers
Local game processing supports delivery of the game. Advertising and related measurement rely on consent where required and otherwise on the lawful bases identified by the relevant provider. Local game data remains until reset or app deletion. Third-party providers determine retention under their policies. They may process data outside your country using applicable safeguards.

- Open Settings in Minimal Dungeon to review available advertising privacy options.
- Use the in-app reset controls to remove locally stored game information.
- Contact us to exercise applicable access, deletion, correction, objection, or consent-withdrawal rights.

7. Children
The game is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising treatment and consent requirements depend on the age rating, store declarations, region, and configured Google privacy messages.
