1. Acceptance and License
By downloading or using Minimal Dungeon, you agree to these terms. PureCodeBase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Game and Advertising
Minimal Dungeon is an entertainment product supported by occasional advertising. It offers no in-app purchases, subscriptions, redeemable value, cash prizes, or real-money gambling. A rewarded revive is optional, limited to normal runs, and depends on ad availability and successful reward completion.
3. Local Progress
Progress is stored locally without an account or cloud save. It may be lost after app deletion, device reset, storage clearing, failed migration, or device damage.
4. Fair Use
Do not cheat, exploit, reverse engineer, automate, interfere with app or advertising integrity, violate third-party rights, or use the game unlawfully.
5. Availability and Liability
The game is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Features, balance, content, and ad availability may change. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Governing Law and Changes
German law applies unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. These terms may be updated; the effective date above will change when material revisions are published.
