Terms of Service
1. Acceptance and license
By downloading, installing, or using PromptGames, you agree to these terms. PureCodeBase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial entertainment use, subject to applicable law and the Apple App Store terms.
2. The app
PromptGames is a local catalog and configuration tool for AI-moderated games. It includes party, group, duo, and solo formats, Quick Play, Game Night, saved setups, and prompt generation. The app does not provide an AI model or chat service, does not require an account, and does not promise the availability or output of an external chat provider.
3. Full Unlock
- Six game templates are available without payment.
- One optional, non-consumable Apple in-app purchase unlocks the remaining 44 templates.
- Apple processes payment details and controls transaction and refund handling. PureCodeBase does not receive your payment-card details.
- Restore Purchases is available for eligible purchases made with the same Apple account.
- Pricing, availability, taxes, and refunds are governed by the Apple App Store and applicable law.

4. Prompts and external services
You are responsible for deciding what to copy, share, or paste into an external service and for following that service’s terms, age requirements, and privacy practices. Do not use generated prompts or external chat output for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activity. PromptGames does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of AI-generated output.
5. Local data and availability
Settings, game progress, favorites, history, saved setups, and Game Night data are stored locally without an account or cloud backup. They may be lost after app deletion, device reset, storage clearing, failed migration, or device damage. Features, content, balance, platform support, and external website availability may change.
6. Fair use and changes
You may not reverse engineer or redistribute the app, bypass access controls, interfere with Apple billing, infringe third-party rights, or use the app unlawfully. We may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change; the effective date above will be updated with material revisions.
7. Contact and governing law
