1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, creating an account for, or using Vibe Cards, you agree to these Terms.
2. License
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use of the app.
3. Accounts and Identity
- The current app direction is iOS-first and uses Sign in with Apple as the active authentication path.
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple account and for using a username that does not infringe rights or impersonate other people.
- We may restrict or remove usernames or accounts that violate law, platform policy, or these Terms.
4. Your Cards and Content
- You retain responsibility for the text, links, profile content, and other material you create or share in Vibe Cards.
- By using the app, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, display, and technically distribute your content as needed to operate the service.
- Private cards are intended for your own in-app use. Public cards and published cards may become visible to other users inside the app.
- If you add song titles, URLs, or other references, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share that material and that linked content is lawful.
5. Social Features and Moderation
- Vibe Cards includes lightweight social features such as Following, Discover, reactions, public profiles, block, close friends, and report tools.
- You may not use the app to post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.
- We may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend features, or limit access where required for safety, moderation, legal compliance, or platform requirements.
6. Ads and Monetization
- The current app version may show AdMob banner ads on selected social and browse surfaces.
- The create flow, preview flow, archive or library, and certain utility surfaces are intended to remain ad-free in the current version.
- Ad availability can depend on consent state, region, device, platform rules, and ad inventory.
- No subscription or purchase entitlement is part of the current live app direction unless explicitly introduced later.
7. Availability and Export
- We aim to provide card creation, export, public sharing, and social browsing reliably, but availability is not guaranteed at all times.
- Exports, share sheets, ad availability, and external links may depend on device state, iOS behavior, third-party platforms, or network conditions.
8. Intellectual Property
The app, code, branding, templates, UI, and related non-user-generated elements remain our property or the property of our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app itself.
9. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
