General
Open Settings → Restore Purchases in Turnforge Legends. This restores eligible non-consumable purchases linked to the same App Store or Google Play account used for purchase.
Unfortunately, game progress is stored locally on your device and cannot be recovered if lost. This can happen when you uninstall the app, reset your device, or clear app data. We recommend avoiding uninstalling apps if you want to keep your progress.
Refunds are handled by the app store where you made the purchase:

Ads require an internet connection to load. If you're connected but still not seeing ads, it could be due to your region, device settings, or temporary ad inventory issues. Try again later or check if you have any ad-blocking software enabled.
Try these steps:
1. Make sure you have the latest version of the app
2. Restart your device
3. Ensure you have enough storage space
4. If the problem persists, contact us with your device model and app version
Turnforge Legends
Remove Ads disables interstitial and app-open ads. Rewarded ads remain optional and can still be used if you choose.
In the app, open Settings → Data → Delete all save data.
Consent options are shown where required by region. On iOS, tracking authorization is managed through ATT. Core gameplay works without personalized tracking consent.
