1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Turnforge Legends ("App") developed by PureCodeBase ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These terms apply to:

  • Turnforge Legends - Turn-based RPG

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our Apps
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Apps
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use our Apps for commercial purposes
  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
  • Create derivative works based on our Apps

3. In-App Purchases

Some of our Apps offer optional in-app purchases for virtual currency, items, or features. All purchases are:

  • Final and non-refundable (except as required by applicable law)
  • Processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store
  • Subject to the respective platform's terms and refund policies

Digital content in the app is sold only through Apple App Store and Google Play billing systems.

Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services. We reserve the right to modify pricing, availability, and virtual item values at any time.

Remove Ads scope: removes interstitial and app-open ads. Rewarded ads remain optional.

Restore Purchases: non-consumables can be restored in-app via Settings → Restore Purchases. Consumables are not restorable after use.

4. Advertisements

Some of our Apps display advertisements, including rewarded video ads. By using our Apps, you consent to viewing these advertisements. Advertising content is provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob), and we are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

Tracking/consent choices are subject to platform and regional requirements (for example ATT on iOS and consent prompts where required).

5. Game Progress and Data

Your game progress is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for lost progress due to:

  • Device loss, theft, or damage
  • App uninstallation
  • Operating system updates or device resets
  • Clearing app data or cache
  • Device migration or backup failures

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or hacks
  • Modify or interfere with the operation of our Apps
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use our Apps in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users (in multiplayer features, if applicable)

7. Intellectual Property

All content in our Apps, including but not limited to graphics, gameplay mechanics, audio, music, text, and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue our Apps or any features at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our Apps.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • Our Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Defects will be corrected in a timely manner
  • Our Apps are free of viruses or harmful components
  • The results of using our Apps will meet your expectations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of our Apps.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Apps at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
