1. Acceptance and license
By downloading, installing, or using Echo Between Times, you agree to these Terms. PureCodeBase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial entertainment use, subject to applicable law and the terms of the store you obtained it from: on iOS the Apple App Store terms, including Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and on Android the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. The game
Echo Between Times is a puzzle game with an offline core. You guide a traveler through rooms while an echo repeats your moves four seconds later. The game does not require an account or subscription. The free version includes advertising, and Premium is an optional one-time purchase. Rooms, balance, platform support, and availability may change as the game is updated.
3. Local progress
Solved rooms, hints, the cached Premium status, settings, and other game data are stored locally on your device. There is no cloud save. We are not responsible for progress lost through app deletion, Reset Progress, device reset, storage clearing, failed migration, or device damage.
4. Premium, advertising, and privacy choices
Premium is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple through the App Store on iOS and by Google through Google Play on Android. It removes interstitial and rewarded ads and opens every room's hints on devices using the same Apple Account (including through Family Sharing) or the same Google account. Apple or Google controls billing, price display, refunds, transaction processing, and restore. The free version uses Google Mobile Ads and UMP consent for interstitial ads between rooms and optional rewarded videos. Depending on region and consent choices, advertising may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited. The app can request ATT on iOS where applicable; on Android, advertising ID settings apply. 5. Fair use
- Do not cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, interfere with platform services, infringe third-party rights, or use the game unlawfully.
- Do not use automated tools or modified clients to manipulate progress, purchases, or advertising.
6. Availability and liability
The game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We may fix bugs, adjust rooms, add or remove content, or change features. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms when the app, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated with material revisions. German law applies unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
